For over 30 years the Gräwo Diamantwerkzeuge GmbH (Diamond Tools) manufactures high-precision cutting tools. We have specialized ourselves to tools with ultra-hard cutting materials such as PCD and CBN. Our tools are especially suitable for the processing of CFRP, Kevlar, Graphite and green ceramics. We hold core competencies in all manufacturing-stages from the base tool bodies to regrind or re-sharpening services.

Based on your production tasks we choose the most economical solution of base body, cutting material and cutting geometry. Of course we also advise you on the choice of cutting data and production conditions. We also manufacture according to your existing drawings.

Test tools for analysis

If you process new materials with uncertain production conditions, we are also the right choice. We can provide test tools for those new production processes. After the first machining, we analyze together with you these tools and modify cutting material, cutting geometry, cutting parameters.
Test tools are of course to pay after acceptance by customer and only if you are 100% satisfied.
